The Human Resources Department carries out the following functions:
  • It determines the human need required to maintain the company mission, vision and values and carries out the hiring processes within this framework.


  • It develops and implements the Orientation programme which facilitates the adaptation of the newly-hired staff to their positions and the company.


  • It determines the internal and external training needs of the company to further the technical and personal development of the staff and implements them.


  • It prepares the human resources procedures and forms required to inform the staff of company practises and operations.


  • It prepares the job description of all positions within the framework of the Performance Management System (PMS).


  • It supports the implementation of PMS practises.


  • It consults the company staff.


  • It supports the widespread practise of proposal-based award system.


  • It takes care of all matters pertaining to personnel


  • It prepares the payroll statements, carries out insurance procedures.


  • Reports on statistical data related to staff.


  • Recruits and organises high school and university interns as needed.


  • Organises events that increase motivation.


  • Carries out various HR projects.


  • In order to promote throughout the company the notion that every manager should at the same time be an HR manager, it notifies the managers of all information, activities and meetings related to Human Resources.
