• Social and Sports Activities :
  
  A company bulletin is prepared every two months in collaboration with the business development department to help staff identify with and spread the company culture. This bulletin is distributed to all company staff and the staff of other Kale Group companies.
  
  We have an annual table-tennis and backgammon tournament for company staff.
  
  The Kale Group holds a bowling tournament twice a year.
  
  
• Social Aid :
  
  Our company has social aid programmes for those getting married, having children and those who have children at school. There is also family aid, Ramadan provisions and aid to the families of the disabled and the dead .
  
  Staff who have served over certain time periods receive seniority incentive payments.
  
  Private health insurance is subject to the approval of the Managing Director and only for those at or above managerial positions.
